上半臉部的眼袋和淚溝往往伴隨年紀的增長而出現，而在我們中下半部的臉區域，容易出現法令紋、木偶紋、嘴邊肉和下巴紋等老化皺紋，這些皺紋非常容易顯示出一個人的年齡，讓妳顯得疲憊又蒼老。

為什麼明明年齡還不到30歲，法令紋卻特別明顯？其實，每個人皆有法令紋，只是深淺程度不同，所以即使年齡不到30歲，法令紋依然可能明顯。隨著年紀越大，我們老化速度加劇，法令紋會越來越明顯，所以我們做的一切努力，都是要讓法令紋變深的速度慢一點。

法令紋形成原因

法令紋是兩道由鼻翼邊向下延伸的紋路，使皮膚表面的凹陷紋路，造成臉部輪廓不平整。臉頰的蘋果肌下垂，會使鼻翼兩側的皮膚產生深度紋路，導致整個人輪廓變得不夠緊緻。

隨著年齡的增長，這人體內的膠原蛋白流失和肌肉鬆弛等因素導致的，整個中部面部組織會下垂，使得在法令區域的上的脂肪和肌肉向下移動，也就是俗稱的蘋果肌下垂。由於這個區域軟組織的流失，導致在法令區域形成一條深深的皺紋。

木偶紋與嘴邊肉

「木偶紋」就是「嘴角紋」，常伴隨著「嘴邊肉」一起出現。當我們笑起來會明顯出現木偶紋，即使不做表情也會有皺紋，還會出現嘴角旁的一小塊肉，就是所謂的嘴邊肉。

人的表情能有40多種變化，長年累月的表情習慣，加上年齡增長的肌膚鬆弛，或表情紋逐漸固定在臉上，乾燥又會讓紋路顯得更深刻，更難以恢復。隨著我們臉的上顎骨和顴骨弓體積逐漸變小，兩頰的皮膚鬆弛下滑所產生的老化現象，當嘴邊的組織失去支撐功能，連帶下面皮、下脂肪組職也會開始往下滑，下巴區塊會形成「木偶紋」，而在嘴角外側形成一團贅肉，即是「嘴邊肉」。

這麼多年接觸醫美，肉眼所見的皺紋、凹陷、下垂，都只是皮膚表面呈現的問題，抗老的觀念真的可以用科學有邏輯的方式去改善，擁有正確的抗老觀念，這樣妳在抗衰老這條路，會少花很多免枉錢。

我們的皮膚結構「由外到內」可以分為表皮層、肌肉脂肪層、韌帶筋膜層和骨膜層，皮膚的每一個層次都會衰老，因此，正確的抗老方式和順序，也應該「由內而外」去治療。

法令紋問題

了解皮膚的結構可以有助於根本解決問題，如果想改善法令紋，首先需要了解其分類，並找到相應的解決方法。法令紋主要可分為老化下垂、凹陷和肌肉三種成因。透過分類找到合適的解決方法，才能真正改善法令紋問題。

  • 老化下垂型

如果妳是老化下垂型的法令紋，當妳的臉上的膠原蛋白逐漸流失、肌肉鬆弛，整個中臉就會往下掉。在法令上的那塊肉，就是俗稱的蘋果肌，失去了支撐，跟著一些旁邊的脂肪垂下來，就會讓法令看起來更明顯。

解決辦法：可以用線雕（拉提）、電波（改善鬆弛）和音波（拉提）。

  • 凹陷型法令紋型

如果妳是凹陷型法令紋型，包括天生顴骨高，或者是上顎突（暴牙）臉的骨骼上的皮膚組織不平整，就很容易就會形成一條法令紋。

解決辦法：建議妳要動正顎手術，但是這個我覺得最困難，需要再與醫生進一步討論。

  • 肌肉型法令紋型

如果妳是肌肉型法令紋型，要特別注意唷！因為我們臉上的肌肉很複雜，都有該做的工作，但是當妳過度使用這四塊肌肉，法令紋就會變很深。

1.「鼻翼提上唇肌」：如果妳常吸鼻子、眨眼，那法令紋就會容易變深

2.「提上唇肌」：如果妳常常太愛大笑、講話動作都很大，那法令紋也會變深

3.「降下唇肌」「口輪匝肌」：因為妳常抿嘴、裝可憐，讓法令紋過深

解決辦法：建議妳打肉毒，放鬆肌肉唷！

嘴邊肉類型和解決方式

嘴邊肉三種類型

要改善嘴邊肉問題，單一方法是不足以完全解決的，就像處理法令紋一樣，必須先了解老化的問題，並做好分類處理。比方說，我們嘴邊肉鬆弛，是因為皮膚中的膠原蛋白流失；而嘴邊肉垮，是因為筋膜老化，嘴邊肉垂，則是因為深層脂肪老化。我們可以根據圖中嘴邊肉的位置，將嘴邊肉分為這三種類型進行處理。

  • 第一種嘴邊肉 （如圖標示1）

位置就是垂在嘴角旁邊，外觀上嘴角有一條紋，就是「木偶紋」。木偶紋旁邊有一條脂肪，主要是皮膚膠原蛋白流失，也就是淺層脂肪垂下來。因為是淺層的老化問題，所以抗老醫美可以幫助妳，但不是靠埋線，而是要靠電波和音波去做拉提。

  • 第二種嘴邊肉（如圖標示2）

這種嘴邊肉是我們捏臉上一坨肉的位置，外觀上像一個小球，通常發生在有嬰兒肥的女孩。這是「深層脂肪老化」往下掉，那深層脂肪在筋膜層下面，要做深層的筋膜拉提，這類型的嘴邊肉需要使用線雕，並且不能只會做淺層埋線，而是要靠深層埋線，讓線雕往上拉提才可以解決。

  • 第三種嘴邊肉（如圖標示3）

這類型的嘴邊肉位置靠咀嚼肌很近，就是手掌托腮的位置，跟下顎輪廓線雙下巴糊成一塊。有些人40歲過後，還會從臉垂到脖子糊在一起，這個是「深層脂肪和筋膜層的老化」，這時就要靠音波和線雕並行。

在諮詢時，我碰到10個女生，有9個法令紋填玻尿酸，然後難過跟我說，笑容變得很奇怪。很多人填玻尿酸只是為了看不見凹，但這樣做並不能解決問題。每一層皮膚老化的方式都不同，單靠填充物並不能完全解決，下垂鬆垮的問題依舊存在，而埋線可以精準解決法令紋、木偶紋和嘴邊肉等，打造V形輪廓。

市面上這麼多的醫美，為什麼埋線可以改善這幾個部位？埋線線雕是透過在皮膚內部植入可吸收的線材，形成支架，刺激膠原蛋白的生成，讓皮膚變得飽滿，逐漸提升鬆弛的臉部輪廓，並減少各類型的皺紋。通常用於治療法令紋、魚尾紋、木偶紋等皺紋，達到良好的拉提去皺效果，讓皮膚更加緊緻。

埋線後，皺紋明顯減少

相較於傳統的除皺方法，埋線的治療時間短，面部埋線提升更為簡便，且效果可以立刻顯現。因為不需要切開皮膚，埋線在正式進入後24-48小時針孔會退掉，手術後幾乎不會留下痕跡，且大多數線材可以在體內完全降解，所以效果非常自然又有效。

隨著時間的推移，膠原蛋白流失嚴重，臉部肌膚開始鬆弛，魚尾紋、法令紋、木偶紋等逐漸顯現，而埋線可以讓下垂的部位回復年輕的狀態。埋線是利用良好的提拉作用和力學平均分配，將鬆垂的面部組織復位提緊，提升、對抗、矯正鬆弛下垂的軟組織，並促進膠原蛋白形成，達到預防衰老、除皺矯正，撫平凹陷等多重作用。

埋線的層次非常重要，如果埋得層次不對，會產生線結外露、凹凸不平等情況，並且線的選擇也很重要，避免選到品質參差不齊的線。因此，進行埋雕評估是一個非常謹慎的過程，醫生需要擁有比較紮實的外科解剖學知識和豐富的臨床經驗，確保其專業度和可靠性。

我透過第四次的全臉矯正，透過寶寶線去提拉萎縮的蘋果肌，改善法令紋下垂，刺激膠原蛋白增生。梁醫生使用了很輕柔的寶寶線。與一般線不同，寶寶線的直徑通常在0.2mm至0.3mm之間，相當於人髮絲的細度，對皮膚的創傷小，使得治療後的恢復時間和風險都相對降低。寶寶線還可以切割出幾十個倒鉤來，達到跟皮膚結合並增生膠原蛋白的目的，讓妳的皮膚飽滿細嫩到像是「寶寶般的肌膚」。不過，寶寶線的操作難度更高，所以也相當考驗醫生的專業技術和細心度！

經過梁醫生精準的埋線之後，我的蘋果肌位置明顯往上提升，臉部輪廓更加立體。透過埋入微細的線材，可以有效拉提鬆弛的軟組織，並且刺激膠原蛋白的增生，達到持久的提拉效果，還可以改善臉部下垂鬆垮、法令紋的問題，讓臉部輪廓更加澎潤流暢。
